Web Content

I reorganized content for the Continuing Education area to develop a new architecture for communicating the stories of Continuing Education. I built program pages to align with the new packaging of courses and training programs for both professional development and personal enrichment. In addition, I updated content to reflect the new look and feel of Continuing Education.

Email marketing

I developed an email template for professional development and personal enrichment programs.

  • I built targeted email lists for 150 different programming areas.

  • I create a seasonal marketing strategy to deliver email marketing regularly throughout a 18-20 week semester.

  • I decreased printing and direct mail costs by 60%.

  • I've increased awareness and enrollment by 10% to 15% year over year for the last six years.

Facebook

I established Facebook pages for three major groups: STLCC Continuing Education, Workforce Solutions Group and College for Kids.
